28 The man who burns them is to wash his clothes and bathe his body in water. After that he may re-enter the camp.

29 This shall be a permanent regulation for you: In the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall humble yourselves, and you shall not do any kind of work, neither the native-born nor the alien who resides among you. 30 For on this day atonement will be made on your behalf to cleanse you. You will become clean from all your sins in the presence of the Lord.
